Diet Blog: Tips and tricks

Have you ever been on a diet? Yes? Let me guess: it didn't work for you.

There are plenty of diet recipes all over the internet today, and all of them seem not to work. Why? Actually, they all work, it's just that people think it is all about the diet they choose. But they are wrong. The purpose of a diet is not to lose weight, but to get used to eat properly (You do lose weight though, because you haven't eaten properly until then).

And if you don't get this, you will regain all your weight after the diet. More than 80 percent of people who have lost weight regain all of it, or more.

But don't get this wrong, you don't need to be on a diet all your life.

In this blog I will show you how to develop new eating habits and preferences (which is far more important than a diet), that will leave you feeling satisfied - winning the weight-loss battle once and for all.

But there is a catch (of course):
